Worst experience out of all the places my vehicles have been. Began replacing parts without knowing the actual problem. All I wanted was my heat working again. So after charging me thousands of dollars on replacing parts that were working fine, I had to take the vehicle back twice because they never even tested the heat. Then they had to hire a "real" mechanic from another town to come in and fix the heat. Pathetic and unknowledgeable.
Seem to be honest. Friendly staff. Pricing seems average.
Have been taking my vehicles here since summer of 2012. Job gets done right the first time and am never over diagnosed. My old Sable ran better than it had in a long time when they tuned it up back then and continues to do so. One time that stands out is I noticed some bad wear on a tire on our way out of town for a family vacation. Stopped in and was able to get worked in quickly for two new tires on very short notice. Kevin is great and enjoy the customer service he provides. It definitely makes the not so fun time of car repair bills a little easier knowing you are in good hands with good people.
These guys have been decent and fair to my new wife for several years and just did a very motor swap on a newer Caddillac at a very reasonable price.
