I did not include my strong feelings about the pizza in the rating, that is purely based on the service and quality of the other food.
I ordered a pizza and it was super messy. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes while one of the lady's made another pizza and then told other customers she was sick. (Which is uncomfortable thinking of how she was handling food). Then I got home and found a hair in my pizza. Sigh. Everyone was very nice but I'm disappointed. I'll probably be getting my pizza at the Caseys on Meredith from now on.
Great pizza. Use the app when you know they're gonna be busy, delivery is 4:30pm to 9pm. Or call in your order early and have it delivered or ready for carryout when you want.
Service is hit or miss, sometimes it's great and sometimes it's mediocre. The pizza is the one thing I HATE, but literally everyone I know loves. I will often times express how offended I am that they have the audacity to call this nightmarish monstrosity a pizza. The crust is basically soggy cardboard, if you bend the crust in half and pick up the 'pizza' it will sag down at a 90 degree angle, not only this, but if you hold it there for a few seconds the entirety of the soup they call cheese will slide right off the slice. the crust is trying to be a Brooklyn style pizza crust, but it ends up being a slightly crunchy on the outside, wad of grease soaked cardboard with the structural integrity of warm gelatin. I'm pretty sure that I've ranted with more screaming and more insults about the fact that this disgrace is highly regarded as good pizza, more than any other problems I have with the world.
There are a lot of young adults hanging out inside the store so the employees are not paying attention to the customers. My pizza was not fully cooked.
They aren't 24/7 anymore, and make sure if you order online or over the phone that this is Grimes #2. The new store if #3.
Other than that, their food is great, especially the sandwiches and the coffee is not terrible. The donuts are amazing when you get them fresh (roughly 3 a.m.). I don't come here very often because they don't have premium gasoline.
Ordered a pizza online, got a confirmation number and 45 minutes later showed up to pick up my pizza and they had no record of it. The employees told me they don't trust the online service. If it doesn't work why have it available?? I went to quiznos instead.
