Prices online that are displayed for rental items are not accurate for their Grimes location- was not told this until they asked for my credit card number on the phone. Not very friendly service either, would not use this place again.

10 minutes looking for a not uncommon item, i finally found someone to ask, and was met with a smartass answer, did not have item, waited at cash register for another 10 minutes with abother item, gave up amd left. Terrible, thats the service i would expect from a large retailer, not a "hometown hardware"
