I ordered a couple weeks ago they gave me monkey bread instead of apple pie dessert pizza than today I ordered and when I went to pick up they claim they didn't get the order guess it's time to find new pizza place
I run a large restaurant for a living. I would immediately fire the kid and the manager. It is no wonder this place is hurting. I am guessing it will be out of business soon. Even Pizza Hut , which has less than desirable pizza out performs this funky dink operation. How sad. Poorly run, horrible service- the worst I have ever experienced. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
I remember why I stopped coming here. The pizza is average and the prices have gone UP, again. Wow.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to order a to go Pizza at the Grimes, Ia location. They asked me to hold. At the 10 min mark I decided to drive up and place my order as I assumed they were to busy to man the the phones. Upon arriving I encountered 0 people there waiting and no one on the phone. A pimply kid asked if he could help. He was oblivious to my complaint of still being on hold which I was. His manager was not helpful and couldn't even come up with an apology.
this place is absolutely ridiculous, had a problem so I talked to the owner and he is absolutely ridiculous the worst pizza I've ever had in my life, I would starve before I eat a free pizza out of this place and the attitude of the owner is as ridiculous as the undercooked Pizza
