Called them this morning to check the status of my package to see if It was out for delivery or I could pick it up because it was Saturday and I didn't want to wait until Monday for the package that was suppose to be priority shipping. I asked the girl who answered to check for me she said she was new and didn't know how. I asked if someone could help all she said was they are busy. I said I'll call back in 20. I call back and she realized it was me again and said in a rude tone "if your packaged arrived here it will get delivered, have a great day" and hung up the phone. she won't be working there long. And I won't be using USPS for any more of my companies businesses transactions
I constantly get other neighbors mail. I also get someone else’s mail and I collect it and take it in. There’s even a note That the person does NOT live here in the mail box and we still get mail for her. The post office workers are never up front and there isn’t anyway to get a hold of them. Put a freaking ball up front!!! The hours are horrible and the people are rude. I go to Johnston instead, there hours are better and the staff is much nicer.
There is 1 competent employee here. If you don't see a man with glasses behind the counted, you'd save time driving to Dallas Center.
I have had nothing but good experiences with all of the employees. Good job!
Have a 50/50 chance of a package getting to me. But the guy said the carrier put it at the right house.
